苯乙炔选择性加氢制备苯乙烯及其本体聚合反应的研究

【摘要】 在Lindlar催化剂作用下通过苯乙炔选择性加氢反应制备苯乙烯,研究了催化剂用量、氢气量和反应压力对苯乙烯产率的影响。其最佳反应条件为:Lindlar催化剂用量为20%,氢气量为100%,压力为40~60 k Pa。在此条件下,加成产物的苯乙烯含量为96.7%。其次,研究了聚合温度、聚合时间以及引发方式对苯乙烯本体聚合产率和分子量的影响,确定了160℃热引发本体聚合6~7 h为最佳聚合条件。最后,以氢气量为95%的优化条件得到的加成产物为原料,对本体聚合反应进行了验证。结果表明,苯乙烯转化率为97.2%。

【Abstract】 Styrene was prepared by selective hydrogenation of phenylacetylene in the presence of Lindlar catalyst. Effects of catalyst dosage,amount of hydrogen and pressure on the yield of styrene were studied.The optimum reaction conditions were as follows: the Lindlar catalyst dosage was 20%, the amount of hydrogen was 100% and the pressure was 40 ~ 60 k Pa. Under these conditions,the styrene content of the addition product was 96. 7%. Secondly, effects of polymerization temperature, polymerization time and initiation method on the yield and molecular weight of polystyrene prepared by bulk polymerization were studied. Polymerization initiated by heat at 160 ℃ for 6 ~ 7 h was the best polymerization condition. Finally,the polymerization reaction was verified by the addition product at the amount of hydrogen content of 95%. The results show that the conversion of styrene was 97. 2%.
