短切高性能纤维增强三聚氰胺甲醛泡沫性能研究

【摘要】 采用短切芳纶纤维和短切玄武岩纤维分别作为增强材料制备了纤维增强三聚氰胺甲醛泡沫。通过对样品进行形貌分析、力学性能测试以及热重分析等,对比分析了两种短切纤维对三聚氰胺甲醛泡沫增强效果的影响。结果表明,短切玄武岩纤维和短切芳纶纤维的加入降低了泡沫材料的粉化率,提高了压缩比强度;短切芳纶纤维明显提高了泡沫材料的比模量,这将有利于提高材料的缓冲性能和吸声性能;短切玄武岩和短切芳纶纤维增强泡沫材料均有利于提高泡沫复合材料的热稳定性。

【Abstract】 Chopped aramid fiber and chopped basalt fiber were used as reinforce materials to prepare melamine-formaldehyde composite foams. The reinforcement effects and the differences between the two kinds of composite foams were investigated through scanning electron micrographs,mechanical properties test and themogravimetric analysis. The results illustrate that the pulverization rate of melamine-formaldehyde foams could be effectively decreased and the specific strength of composite foams could be improved by adding the two chopped fibers. Specific modulus of melamine-formaldehyde foams are obviously increased by adding short aramid fiber,which could improve the cushion and acoustical absorption properties of the foams. In addition,both of chopped reinforce fibers could improve the thermal stability of melamine-formaldehyde foams.
