复合酶制剂FE977对全株玉米青贮饲料品质的影响

【摘要】 试验旨在探讨不同水平复合酶制剂FE977对全株玉米青贮饲料品质的影响。全株玉米青贮时,分别添加复合酶制剂FE977 0、250、500 g·t-1,贮存90 d后开包检测。综合评定全株玉米青贮的青贮质量,采用近红外光谱技术测定营养成分和发酵指标。试验结果表明,在综合评分方面,各处理组的总综合评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。在营养成份方面,各试验组的中性洗涤纤维含量、酸性洗涤纤维含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05),提高了剩余可溶性碳水化合物的含量。在发酵指标方面,与对照组相比,各试验组提高了青贮发酵后乳酸、乙酸、丙酸和挥发性脂肪酸含量,显著降低了pH(P<0.05)。在青贮玉米消化率方面,各处理组的48 h体外干物质消化率、48 h中性洗涤纤维的消化率、蛋白质消化速度均高于对照组。结果表明,添加青贮专用复合酶制剂FE977,能够明显改善全株青贮玉米的营养成分,从而提高青贮饲料品质。

【Abstract】 The test aimed to study the effects of enzyme products FE977 on the quality of whole-plant corn silage. The enzyme were applied at the level of 0, 250, 500 g·t-1 fresh weight, respectively. After 90 days of ensilage,the quality of whole-plant corn silages was assessed and their chemical composition was determined by near infrared reflectance spectroscopy. The results showed that the comprehensive score was significantly higher for the silages with additives than that of the control group(P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the experimental group showed significantly(P<0.05) lower ADF and NDF content, improving the content of residual soluble carbohydrates. Compared with the control group, the experimental group showed higher lactic acid, acetic acid, propionic acid and VFA concentrations, and lower pH(P<0.05). The digestibility on 48 h of dry matter in vitro, neutral detergent fiber and protein digestion rate on 48 h were higher than those of contol group. In conclusion, the results showed enzyme product FE977 could obviously improve the nutrients of silage, as to improve the quality of silage effectively.
