【Abstract】 Microbial fermentation feed using the microbial metabolism and reproduction of microbial, can product or modulate the green, safe, efficient, and many other advantages of feed. It has good development prospects infields of promoting animal growth, replacing antibiotics, waste recycling, and reducing the problem of people and animals for food. This paper introduced microbial fermentation feed from the concept analysis, development background,production process and optimization, current status of research and application of domestic and foreign etc. The mechanism of action and the problems in development are summarized, and the future development trend and prospect were also analyzed.
