食品分析课程实验教学改革对实践性应用型人才培养的探索
Exploration on the Reform of Experimental Teaching of Food Analysis Course for Cultivating Practical Application Talents
【摘要】 综合分析目前食品分析实验教学的现状,认为通过采用开设自选实验项目、开设校外实验课、理论教学和实践学双重统一、加大实践部分考核力度、引入开放式综合性实验等几方面的的教学改革,可积极引导学生的科研热情、激发学生的创新思维,有效调动学生学习和实验的积极性,使学生的学习方式由被动式教育转变为主动式探索,从而提高学生的实践动手能力,为企业和科研院所培养更高层次的实践型应用性人才。
【Abstract】 Comprehensive analysis of the current status of food analysis experimental teaching, through the experimental project teaching reform of setting up optional experimental project, outside experimental class, theoretical teaching and practice teaching double reunification, increase the practice part of the assessment efforts, the introduction of open integrated experiment, can actively guide students to the enthusiasm of scientific research, stimulate students’ innovative thinking, effectively mobilize the enthusiasm of students to learn and experiment. The learning way of students was from passive education to active exploration, and students practice practical ability to be improved. The higher level of practical application talents could be trained for enterprises and research institutes.
