奶粉检测用混合溶液标准物质

【摘要】 依据GB 5413.21-2010研制了以水质为基体、含有九种元素的奶粉检测用混合溶液标准物质。用方差分析法检验标准物质的均匀性;以美国NIST标样和中国计量科学研究院(NIM)的一级标准物质作为标准,采用等离子发射光谱法对标准物质中九种元素的含量进行直接比对定值,经统计方法给出九种元素含量的标准值和不确定度。一年的稳定性监测结果表明,该标准物质具有良好的稳定性。

【Abstract】 According to GB 5413.21-2010, a kind of certified reference material of mixed solution based on water matrix which contains nine elements and is used for determination of milk powder is developed. The homogeneity of the reference material is examined by the method of variance analysis. Taking the NIST standard materials and primary standards from National Institute of Metrology(NIM) as the reference, the contents of nine elements in the reference material are determined by ICP-OES, and the standard value and their uncertainties of the contents of nine elements in standard material are obtained by statistic methods. One year’s stability monitoring results show that the long term stability of the standard material is qualified.
