The hydrostatic extrusion process of AZ80 magnesium alloy tube was simulated by using Deform-3D software.The effect of extrusion ratio on the forming process of the hydrostatic extrusion was analyzed in detail.The results show that the extrusion load increases with the increase of the extrusion ratio.When the extrusion ratio increases from 1.75 to 2.22,the peak pressure increases from 306 MPa to 375 MPa,and the amplification is 22.5%.The larger the extrusion ratio is,the more severe the shear deformation of...
