Gr-ZL105 composite with 25%Gr was prepared by powder metallurgy method. The interface and the friction and wear properties of nickel-plated Gr-ZL105 composite were investigated by nickel plating on the surface of graphite, which were compared with those of non-nickel-plated Gr-ZL105 composite.
