正压接头与肝素帽对类克药物输注时间的影响研究
The Effect of Positive Pressure Connector and Heparin Cap on Remidical Drug Infusion Time
【摘要】 目的研究正压接头与肝素帽对类克药物输注时间的影响。方法选取2016年9月—2017年6月在齐齐哈尔市第一医院风湿科静点类克(英夫利昔单抗)的120例患者,按照病房分成实验组和对照组,其中实验组70例,对照组50例,实验组患者采用林华24G正压无针连接式留置针(正压接头)连接EMC5905P/一次性微调式精密输液器进行输液,对照组采用洁瑞24G一次性使用静脉留置针(肝素帽)连接EMC5905P/一次性微调式精密输液器进行输液,均由经过培训的专业人员进行操作。从静点类克(英夫利昔单抗)药物开始即刻记录起始时间,输液过程中按类克(英夫利昔单抗)药物规定的流速进行调节输液,药物输液完毕即刻记录终止时间,对比两组所用时间是否一致。使用SPSS 17.0统计学软件数据进行统计学分析。结果在按类克药物规定的流速进行调节药物输注的速度的前提下,两组的输注时间均在2 h以上,但实验组患者所用的输液时间122 min而对照组148 min,对照组控制更稳定,正压接头的不良反应发生率4.29%与对照组的4.00%,差异无统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在按类克药物规定的流速进行调节药物输注的速度的前提下,肝素帽能够更好地控制类克药物输注时间,但肝素帽的不良反应率仅4.00%较低。
【Abstract】 Objective This paper tries to study on the effect of positive pressure connector and heparin cap on remidical drug infusion time. Methods 120 patients from September 2016 to June 2017 in the department of rheumatism of this hospital were selected, accord-ing to the ward, these patients were divided into the experimental group and the control group, 70 cases in the experimental group were treated by Lin Hua 24 G positive pressure lien needle(positive pressure connector) connected to EMC5905 P/disposable trim-ming precision infusion infusion, 50 cases in the control group using clean Swiss 24 G disposable intravenous indwelling needle(hep-arin cap) connected to EMC5905 P/disposable trimming precision infusion, all of which were performed by a professional operation.From the static point of remidical(infliximab) drugs start time starting to record, in the process of transfusion remidical(infliximab)drugs prescribed adjusted the velocity of drug infusion, infusion time of termination were immediately recorded, comparing whether the two groups of the time were the same or not. The data were statistical analyzed by using SPSS17.0 statistical software. Results The in-fusion time of the two groups was more than 120 min under the condition of adjusting the rate of drug infusion at the rate specified by the drug. However, the infusion time used in the experimental group was 122 minutes and the control group was 148 minutes, the control group was more stable, the incidence of adverse reactions of the positive pressure connector was 4.29% and the control group of 4.00% without significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion Heparin caps are better to control the infusion time of the drug, but with a lower response rate of only 4.00%, while the rate of drug infusion can be adjusted at the rate prescribed by the drug.
