普通本科与高职院校联合培养应用型人才的探索与实践——以韶关学院食品科学与工程专业为例

【摘要】 韶关学院和广州城市职业学院采取"2+1+1"模式,联合培养食品科学与工程专业人才,探索普通本科与高职院校联合培养应用型人才的路径,是广东现代职业教育综合改革的一种有益实践。

【Abstract】 Shaoguan University and Guangzhou City Vocational College have taken the "2 + 1 + 1" jointtraining mode to cultivate talents in the major of Food Nutrition and Testing, in an attempt to explore a way of cooperation between Universities and Vocational Colleges. This is a practice in the reform of modern vocational education in Guangdong Province.
