【摘要】 观测了五爪金龙花的形态特征,采用超声提取和分光光度法测定了花不同部位的总黄酮含量并进行比较.结果表明:五爪金龙花的花丝长度、花药长度和雄蕊总长度的形态变化比较明显,变异系数分别为17.34%、11.54%和16.26%;五爪金龙花的雌、雄蕊和花托的总黄酮含量较高,分别达到10.66 mg/g和10.01 mg/g;其次为花瓣、花萼,分别为9.01 mg/g和8.35 mg/g;花柄含量最低,仅为2.91 mg/g.更多还原

【Abstract】 Morphological characteristics of flowers of Ipomoea cairica were determined and The flavonoids contents in different parts of flower of Ipomoea cairica had been measured and compared by methods of ultrasonic extraction and spectrophotometric determination. The results showed that morphological variations of filament length, anther length and total length of stamen of flowers of I. cairica were more obvious, their variation coefficients were 17.34%, 11.54% and 16.26% respectively. The contents of total flavonoids of pistils and stamens and receptacles were higher, which reached 10.66 mg/g and 10.01 mg/g respectively. The contents of total flavonoids in petals and calyxs were 9.01 mg/g and 8.35 mg/g respectively, but the anthocaulus was the lowest, only 2.91 mg/g.更多还原
