【Abstract】 Antibodies have a very wide range of applications in biological research. To validate an antibody, it must be shown to be specific in the context where it is used. But there are no universally accepted guidelines or standardization methods for determining the validity of these reagents. This paper analyzes the problems of antibody application and the status of antibody industry, highlights a series of scientifical standardization solutions for antibody validation, so as to provide technical reference for promoting the implementation of antibody validation.更多还原
