【Abstract】 "Truncation therapy"refers to the prior medication in a variety of acute infectious diseases,which could cut off the disease transformation in early stage and suppress the disease development. There is also a certain trend in the development of chronic diseases,so it considers that truncation therapy can be applied in the prevention and treatment of chronic diseases such as gastric precancerous lesions. Rostellularia procumbens( L.) Nees shows the effects of clearing heat-toxicity,promoting diuresis for removing food retention and activiting blood circulation for promoting tissue regeneration,which corresponds with the key pathogenesis of gastric precancerous lesions( internal stagnation of blood stasis and toxin). It is safe and effective in clinic,and can be used as the specific drug for cutting off the natural and prolonged development of gastric precancerous lesions.更多还原
