【摘要】 目的观察清营泻热化瘀汤治疗早期深静脉血栓形成的临床疗效。方法将60例早期深静脉血栓形成患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组30例。两组均予常规基础护理,治疗组加服清营泻热化瘀汤,对照组加用低分子肝素钙。两组疗程均为14天,观察临床疗效,比较相关生化指标(血小板计数、凝血酶原时间、D-二聚体水平)、下肢周径的变化情况。结果 (1)治疗组、对照组临床总有效率分别为93.33%和83.33%;组间临床疗效比较,治疗组显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。(2)组间治疗后比较,血小板计数、凝血酶原时间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而D-二聚体水平治疗组较对照组下降更加显著(P<0.05)。(3)组间治疗后比较,治疗组下肢(踝段、腓中、髌上10 cm、股中)周径缩短程度较对照组更加明显(P<0.05)。结论清营泻热化瘀汤治疗早期深静脉血栓形成的疗效满意,可显著减轻下肢肿胀及疼痛,改善患者的血液高凝状态。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Qingying Xiere Huayu Decoction in the treatment of early deep venous thrombosis. Methods 60 patients with early deep venous thrombosis were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group. Both groups were given the routine basic nursing. In addition,the treatment group was treated with Qingying Xiere Huayu Decoction and the control group was treated with low molecular weight heparin,with a course of 14 days. The clinical efficacy was observed,the changes of related biochemical parameters( platelet count,prothrombin time and D-dimer)and circumference of lower limbs were compared. Results(1)The clinical total effective rate was 93. 33% in the treatment group and 83. 33% in the control group. The clinical efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group( P < 0. 05).(2)After treatment,there were no statistically significant differences on the platelet count and prothrombin time between the two groups( P > 0. 05),but the decrease of D-dimer level in the treatment group were more greater than those in the control group( P < 0. 05).(3)After treatment,the reduction of circumference of lower limbs( ankle,fibula,10 cm above patella and femur) in the treatment group were more significant than those in the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Qingying Xiere Huayu Decoction shows good efficacy in the treatment of early deep venous thrombosis,which can significantly alleviate the swelling and pain of lower limbs,and improve the blood hypercoagulable state of patients.更多还原
