【摘要】 目的观察康复新液治疗慢性牙周炎的临床疗效。方法将168例慢性牙周炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组84例;对照组予以抗感染等常规治疗和氯己定含漱,观察组予以抗感染等常规治疗和康复新液含漱,疗程均为4周。观察两组临床疗效及治疗前后牙周探诊深度、菌斑指数、牙龈出血指数、随访时牙周附着丧失和牙齿松动度、炎症因子水平变化情况。结果 1观察组总有效率为96.4%,对照组为76.2%;观察组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。2治疗后,两组牙周探诊深度、菌斑指数、牙龈出血指数均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。3随访时,两组牙周附着丧失和牙齿松动度均较治疗前减少(P<0.05),且观察组少于对照组(P<0.05)。4治疗后,两组hs-CRP、TNF-α、IL-8和IL-10较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05),且观察组各炎症指标改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论康复新液结合常规疗法治疗慢性牙周炎可改善临床症状和炎症因子水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Kangfuxin Liquid in the treatment of chronic periodontitis. Methods A total of 168 patients with chronic periodontitis were randomly divided into the observation group and control group,84 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine therapy( such as anti-infection) and chlorhexidine gargle,and the observation group was treated with routine therapy and Kangfuxin Liquid for gargle,with a course of 4 weeks.The clinical efficacy,probing depth,plaque index and gingival bleeding index,loss of periordontal attachment and tooth mobility during follow-up,and levels of inflammatory factors were observed in the two groups before and after treatment. Results 1 The total effective rate was 96. 4% in the observation group and76. 2% in the control group,the efficacy in the observation group was better than that in the control group( P < 0. 05). 2After treatment,the paradental probing depth,plaque index and gingival bleeding index were significantly decreased in both groups compared with treatment before( P < 0. 05),and the indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group( P < 0. 05). 3 In follow-up survey,the loss of periordontal attachment and tooth mobility were reduced in both groups compared with treatment before( P < 0. 05),with more significant reduction in the observation group than in the control group( P < 0. 05).4After treatment,the levels of hs-CRP,TNF-α,IL-8 and IL-10 were obviously improved in both groups compared with treatment before( P < 0. 05),with more significant improvement in the observation group than in the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Kangfuxin Liquid combined with routine therapy can relieve the clinical symptoms and improve the levels of inflammatory factors in the treatment of chronic periodontitis.更多还原
