【摘要】 目的了解湖北省伤害监测点老年人跌倒伤害的流行病学特征,为制定跌倒伤害干预策略提供科学依据。方法对湖北省伤害监测点2016年因跌倒/坠落伤害就诊的60岁及以上老年人伤害病例进行分析。结果2016年老年人跌倒/坠落病例2 943例,占该人群全部伤害病例的58.39%,男女性别比0.76∶1。跌倒/坠落发生地点主要为家中(70.27%);跌倒/坠落发生时的活动主要为家务(47.88%)和休闲活动(11.62%)。跌倒/坠落造成的后果以骨折为主(47.94%),其次为挫伤/擦伤(21.24%)和扭伤/拉伤(19.98%);受伤部位前3位为下肢(34.73%)、上肢(26.67%)和躯干(18.93%)。跌倒/坠落伤害的严重程度以中度为主(50.36%)。结论跌倒/坠落是造成老年人伤害的主要原因,家中是伤害首要发生地点。以家庭为重点,改进家庭环境以减少老年跌倒/坠落伤害的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Analyzing the epidemic characteristics of fall-related injuries in people over 60 years oldreported in Hubei Injury Surveillance System thus provide scientific evidence for formulating the intervention strategyof fall-related injuries. Methods The data of fall injuries in people over 60 years old were collected from injurysurveillance intervention hospitals in Hubei Province and analyzed. Results A total of 2 943 fall injury cases werereported in people aged over 60 years, accounting for 58.39% of all injury cases in this population. The gender ratio(male/female) of fall injury cases was 0.76∶1. The first three scenes of fall injury were at home(70.27%),housework(47.88%),and leisure activities(11.62%). The main fall-related injuries were fractures(47.94%),bruise(21.24%),andsprain(19.98%),with the injured parts were at low limbs(34.73%),upper limbs(26.67%),and truncus(18.93%),of whichmost were moderate injuries(50.36%). Conclusion Falling-down was the main cause of injuries happened to elderlypeople, and most of them occurred at home. Therefore, improving family environment was recommended to reduce theincidence of fall injuries in the elderly.更多还原
