心肌组织多普勒显像技术在心血管疾病中的应用观察
Study of the Application of Myocardial Tissue Doppler Imaging in Cardiovascular Diseases
【摘要】 目的观察心肌组织多普勒显像技术在心血管疾病中的应用价值。方法选取心血管疾病患者60例作为观察组,并根据其疾病类型分为A组(26例,均为陈旧性室间隔心肌梗塞患者)和B组(34例,均为扩张型心肌病患者);选取同期体检健康,自愿参与者60例作为对照组。均行心肌组织多普勒显像技术检测,测量室间隔与左室后壁的运动速度,对其图像结果进行比较。结果 (1)经比较,A组与B组的室间隔与左室后壁的运动速度无明显差异,但均显著低于对照组,存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)A组梗塞部位无任何颜色显示,B组收缩期室壁动力普遍较低,彩色编码暗淡;对照组收缩中期室间隔和左室后壁为蓝色和红黄色编码,颜色鲜艳。结论在心血管疾病的临床诊断中,心肌组织多普勒显像技术可以准确评估心脏功能,还能反映出局部室壁的运动状况,具有显著的临床应用价值。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the application value of myocardial tissue Doppler imaging in cardiovascular diseases. Methods In our hospital,60 cases from cardiovascular disease patients were selected as the observation group. According to the type of diseases,the cases were divided into Group A( 26 cases were old anteroseptal myocardial infarction patients) and Group B( 34 cases were patients with dilated cardiomyopathy). In addition,60 healthy persons of voluntary participants in the same period were selected as control group. All patients were detected by myocardial tissue Doppler imaging. The velocity of the anterior septum and posterior wall of the left ventricle velocity were measured,and the image results were compared. Results By comparison,there was no significant difference in the ventricular septal and left ventricular posterior wall motion velocities between group A and group B. However,the ventricular septal and left ventricular posterior wall motion velocities in group A and group B were significantly lower than those in the control group( P < 0. 05). In group A,there was no any color in the infarct area,while group B had a low wall power,and the color coding was dim. The control group mid systolic ventricular septum and left ventricular posterior wall for the blue and red and yellow color encoding,and the color was bright. Conclusion In the clinical diagnosis of cardiovascular diseases,myocardial tissue Doppler imaging can not only accurately assess the cardiac function,but also reflect the local ventricular wall motion,which has significant clinical value.
