姜黄制剂外观稳定性测试及其对瓜类白粉病的田间药效

【摘要】 研究通过对50%姜黄油乳油制剂分别进行14d高温54℃和低温4℃贮存试验,测试了该制剂及其水溶液的外观稳定性和对室内黄瓜白粉病的防治效果。结果表明,该制剂及其水溶液外观稳定性良好,未产生沉淀,其水溶液析水率分别为4%和2%,远低于10%的要求。此外,与常温条件下的50%姜黄油乳油制剂相比其药效并未降低。同时通过田间试验,测定了50%姜黄油制剂对黄瓜、哈密瓜、南瓜白粉病的防治效果。结果表明,该制剂对这3种作物上的瓜类白粉病均有较好的防治效果,当其浓度为5 mg/mL时,第1次用药后防效分别可达80.69%、76.81%、74.78%,第3次用药后防效分别可达64.33%、68.67%、64.94%,明显高于1mg/mL的对照药剂阿米西达。

【Abstract】 Turmeric preparation were kept at 4 and 54 ℃ for 14 days to evaluate the influence of temperature on the preparation and aqueous solutions appearance stabilities and control effects on melon powdery mildew.The results showed that no precipitation was formed and water separation rate of this aqueous solution were respectively 4%and 2%,which were lower than the standard of 10%.In addition,its control effect was not decreased.Field experiment results showed this turmeric preparation had a good control effect on cucumber,cantaloupe and pumpkin powdery mildew.When the dosage was 5mg/mL,after the first seven days,the control effect reached 80.69%,76.81%,74.78% and after the third seven days,the control effect were 64.33%,68.67%,64.94%,which were obviously higher than 1mg/mL of the chemical control agent(Azoxystrobin).
