甘露醇对低温下草菇菌丝的保护效应研究

【摘要】 以草菇菌丝恢复生长情况和基因指纹图谱方法,研究了采用甘露醇溶液低温保藏草菇菌种的效果。结果表明:不耐受低温的草菇菌种在甘露醇溶液的保护下,能够在4℃保藏后快速恢复生长,且10%甘露醇溶液的低温保藏效果要明显优于20%海藻糖溶液;遗传稳定性试验结果显示,经甘露醇低温保藏的草菇菌种的基因指纹图谱未发生改变。

【Abstract】 The protective effect of mannitol on Volvariella volvacea strains stored at low temperature was investigated in terms of V. volvacea mycelia recovery growth and genetic fingerprinting. The results showed that under mannitol solution protection the low temperature-intolerant V. volvacea strains could quickly recover and grow after storage at 4 ℃,and the protective effect of 10% mannitol solution was much better than that of 20/%trehalose solution. The test for genetic stability indicated that mannitol didn’t change the genetic characteristics of V. volvacea strains.
