成核剂对聚乙烯力学性能的影响
Effect of nucleating agents on mechanical properties of polyethylene
【摘要】 本文分别研究了成核剂NU-1和含有成核剂的HDPE母粒NU-2对高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)的改性作用。研究发现两种成核剂的加入在提高材料硬度和刚度的同时,都会降低材料的韧性。
【Abstract】 In this paper,the effect of nucleating agent NU-1 and HDPE masterbatch NU-2 with nucleating agent on high density polyethylene(HDPE)was studied.It is found that the addition of two nucleating agents can reduce the toughness of the material while increasing the hardness and stiffness of the material.
