【摘要】 目的应用Delphi法构建社区舒缓疗护的架构,体现国内舒缓疗护的服务特点,确立舒缓疗护的准入标准。方法通过文献回顾研究法并根据研究主题遴选28名专家进行两轮Delphi专家咨询。于2014年9—11月采用自制的问卷进行电子邮件征询调查,主要包括专家基本情况;舒缓疗护准入标准,其中一级指标5项(服务对象、状态评估、社会心理、症状与体征及多维评估),二级指标18项和三级指标49项;专家对问卷内容熟悉程度评价表。结果两轮函询问卷回收率均为100%,专家的积极性好,权威程度处于较高水平,专家的协调程度良好。完善后的舒缓疗护准入标准共确立一级指标5项、二级指标21项、三级指标61项。结论应用Delphi法构建的社区舒缓疗护准入标准,筛选的条目符合社区舒缓疗护切合实际,可为我国社区开展舒缓疗护提供借鉴和参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish the access standards of palliative care in community by using Delphi method,and to highlight the service characteristics. Methods According to literature review and research topic,28 experts were selected for two rounds of Delphi expert consultation. From September to November2014,a self-made questionnaire was used,mainly including the experts’ basic information; access standards of palliative care: 5 first-grade indexes( service object,status evaluation,social psychology,symptoms and signs,and multi-dimensional evaluation),18 second-grade indexes and 49 third-grade indexes; evaluation form of experts’ familiarity degree with the questionnaire contents. Results The recovery rates of the two rounds of consultation were 100%,the experts had high level of enthusiasm,authority and excellent coordination. The improved access standards included 5 first-grade indexes,21 second-grade indexes and 61 third-grade indexes.Conclusion The established access standards of palliative care in community by using Delphi method are practical and can provide reference for domestic application.更多还原
