【摘要】 目的:观察益气通脉胶囊对高脂血症大鼠血清胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)和低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C),以及载脂蛋白A1(Apo-A1)、HDL亚类HDL2与HDL3的影响。方法:建立高脂血症大鼠模型,随机分为模型组、非诺贝特组和益气通脉胶囊高、中、低剂量组,并设正常对照组。给药30 d后,处死取血,分离血清,测定血清TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、Apo-A1、HDL2、HDL3含量。结果:益气通脉胶囊能够降低实验性高脂血症大鼠血清TC、TG、LDL的含量,增高HDL的含量,增加高脂血症大鼠血清ApoA-I含量,并进一步提高血清HDL2含量。结论:益气通脉胶囊具有治疗高脂血症和动脉粥样硬化的功效,有望成为一种新型的具有广阔应用前景的脂质调节剂。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effects of Yiqitongmai Capsule on cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG)and low density lipoproteins(LDL),high-density lipoprotein(HDL-C),apolipoprotein A1(Apo-A1),the effects on HDL subclasses HDL2 and HDL3 in serum of hyperlipidemia rats. Methods:The rats were randomly divided into control group and hyperlipidemia models. Then models were divided into model group,fenofibrate group and experimental groups(Yiqitongmai Capsule high,medium and low dose group). 30 days after administration,the contents of serum TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C,Apo-A1,HDL2 and HDL3 of hyperlipidemia rats were measured. Results:Yiqitongmai Capsule could increase the Content of TC、TG、LDL and decrease the content of HDL in serum of hyperlipidemia rats after 20 days of administration.Yiqitongmai capsule could increase the content of Apo-A1 and HDL2 in serum of hyperlipidemia rats. Conclusion:Yiqitongmai capsule can treat with hyperlipidemia and atherosclerosis,and it is expected to become a new lipid regulator,which has wide application.更多还原
