导电玻璃微珠填充电磁屏蔽硅橡胶的研究

【摘要】 以自制镀银玻璃微珠、镀镍玻璃微珠、银镍复合镀玻璃微珠作为导电填料,硅橡胶作为基胶,制备出了高效电磁屏蔽橡胶。研究了导电玻璃微珠对硅橡胶的导电性能,10k Hz~6GHz频段内的电磁屏蔽性能及力学性能的影响。结果发现:电磁屏蔽硅橡胶最佳的导电填料为65%银镍复合镀玻璃微珠,在10k Hz~300MHz范围内,屏蔽效能稳定在74.6d B左右,从300MHz开始有所上升,最高达到98.8d B,电磁屏蔽橡胶的邵氏(A)硬度为78,拉伸强度2.7MPa,扯断伸长率176%;银镍复合镀玻璃微珠填充硅橡胶的电磁屏蔽频带最宽,整体屏蔽效果最好,机械性能较好。

【Abstract】 The high performance electromagnetic shielding rubber was prepared with silicone rubber filled with silver plated glass microsphere,nickel plated glass microsphere and Ag/Ni/glass composite microsphere. The effect of different conductive glass microsphere on the electrical conductivity,electromagnetic shielding performance of 10 kHz ~ 6GHz and mechanical properties in the silicon rubber was studied. The result shows that the electromagnetic shielding silicone rubber is of best conductivity filled with 65% weight percent Ag/Ni/glass microsphere. The shielding effectiveness of silicone rubber with Ag/Ni/glass microsphere increases in low frequency due to the presence of nickel and the shielding effectiveness is 74. 6dB in 10 kHz ~ 300 MHz band, rising up to a maximum of 98. 8dB when the frequency is higher than 300 MHz. The Shaw( A) hardness of electromagnetic shielding rubber is 78,and the tensile strength is 2.7MPa,and the elongation is 176%, respectively. Silicone rubber filled with Ag/Ni/glass microsphere is of wide electromagnetic shielding band,good overall shielding effect and good mechanical properties.
