混凝土纳固防护材料的施工工艺研究

【摘要】 目前,市面上运用最广泛的混凝土防护材料是水泥基渗透结晶型防水材料,它的作用机理与混凝土纳固防护材料大致相同,但是该材料为粉末状,它的施工工法是在混凝土表面涂刷该材料,该工法虽然能使材料均匀地附着在混凝土表面,但是由于材料的颗粒比较大,难以深入地渗透进去,而混凝土纳固防护材料为液体材料,是采用纳米微细化改性技术,将微米级胶体硅酸钠变成纳米级分子,然后再与水充分融合后喷洒在混凝土表面,使得材料更均匀、更深入、更快地渗入到混凝土内部,与混凝土中的氢氧化钙反应形成结晶体堵塞混凝土孔隙,达到防渗效果。通过纳固混凝土防护材料在深圳地铁前湾站的试验研究,总结了一套适用于地铁车站防渗堵漏的施工工法。

【Abstract】 Nowadays,the most commonly used concrete defence material is cementitious capillary crystalline waterproofing materials,whose working mechanism is almost same as that of the concrete Nano-confix Defence Material,Namely,the material is brushed on the surface of the concrete. Though the material can be evenly attached on the concrete by using this method,the cementitious capillary crystalline waterproofing materials can’t penetrate into the concrete due to it’s being powder and the particle of powder is over sized. But the concrete Nano-confix. Defence Material is fluid,and it can penetrate into the concrete deeper,faster and more evenly. We change the Micron colloidal silicate to nanometric scale molecules by using micronized modified nano-technology,and then brush the material on the surface of concrete when it’s fully mixed with water. The concrete will be impermeable When it penetrates into the concrete,and generates Crystals clogging the concrete porosity by reacting with calcium hydroxide within concrete. By the experiment and research of the concrete Nano-confix Defence Material in Qian-Wan Subway Station,Shenzhen,we conclude a operational method applying to leakage stoppage in subway station.
