基于最紧密堆积理论的自流平砂浆配合比设计
Mix Proportion Design of Self-leveling Mortar Based on the Maximum Density Packing Theory
【摘要】 为了提高自流平砂浆的密实度,采用最紧密堆积理论对自流平砂浆进行配合比设计,并变换配合比参数,通过强度和流动度试验验证设计配合比。结果表明:按照理论计算配合比所配制的自流平砂浆1d抗压强度为11.5MPa,28d抗压强度达72.5MPa,初始流动度为330mm,20min后流动度达320mm,黏结拉伸强度、耐磨性、尺寸变化率均符合JC/T985—2005《地面用水泥基自流平砂浆》。相对于其他配合比,基于改进安德森方程的最紧密堆积模型计算出的自流平砂浆配合比的工作性与力学性能为最优。
【Abstract】 In order to improve the density of self-leveling mortar,the maximum density packing theory was used to design mix proportion self-leveling mortar and transform the mix proportion parameters to verify the strength and fluidity of the theoretical calculation. Experimental results showed that according to the calculated mix proportion,the compressive strength of self-leveling mortar is 11. 5 MPa after 1 d,72. 5 MPa after 28 d,the initial fluidity is 330 mm,fluidity is 320 mm after 20 min. Further more,bond tensile strength, abrasion resistance, dimensional change rate were accord with JC/T985—2005 standard. Compared with other mix proportion,the mix proportion based on the improved Anderson equation has better working performance and mechanical properties.
