BIM在装配式建筑供应链信息流中的应用研究

【摘要】 装配式建筑是建筑行业未来发展的趋势,由于参与方多、协同度低、信息不能共享等原因,造成建筑企业供应链效率低下、生产成本增加。为提高供应链工作效率,从信息流的角度出发,通过对装配式建筑全生命周期信息流分析、汇总得到相关参与方信息流;在契合性分析的基础上,构建了基于BIM的装配式建筑供应链信息流集成模型,并对模型架构和各阶段的应用进行分析。

【Abstract】 There is a trend for the prefabricated building in the future.Prefabricated building supply chain is more complex than other types,more participants,synergy degrees and the level of information are low.As a result,the efficiency of supply chain is reduced and cost is increased.In order to improve the efficiency of supply chain,taking the information flow as the breakthrough point,this paper analyzes the life cycle information flow of the prefabricated building and the information flow of related participants.According to the compatibility of BIM and construction supply chain,the information integration model based on BIM is presented.Meanwhile,the frame structure of the mode and the application in different phases are introduced.
