BIM技术在临江深基坑监测中的应用研究

【摘要】 针对某临近长江深基坑工程开挖深度大、周边环境复杂、地下水位变化、施工难度大等特点,根据工程监控需求,在基坑BIM模型基础上建立专用族库,将基坑位移、支撑内力、变形、地下水位变化等监控数据与模型关联,利用4D技术实现BIM模型的实时监控和预警功能。将BIM模型与Web数据系统相结合,实现工程远程监控及信息化管理,对智能监控和信息化施工起到推动作用。

【Abstract】 According to the characteristics of large excavation depth,complex surrounding environment,changes of groundwater level and difficulty in construction of a deep foundation excavation near the Yangtze River,according to the demand of engineering monitoring,a special family library is established on the basis of BIM model,the monitoring data of foundation excavation displacement,support internal force,deformation and groundwater level change are related to the model,the real-time monitoring and early warning function of BIM model are realized by 4D technology.The BIM model and the Web data system are combined to realize the remote monitoring and information management of the project,which plays an important role in the intelligent monitoring and information construction.
