钢筋焊接网疲劳S-N曲线试验研究
Experimental Research on Fatigue S-N Curves of Welded Fabric
【摘要】 介绍了热轧带肋钢筋(HRB400)及高延性冷轧带肋钢筋(CRB600H)焊接网疲劳性能试验结果。对疲劳试件制作、试验条件、试件破坏特征及疲劳S-N曲线表达方式等做了说明。以应力变化幅度(Δσ)作为疲劳试验的主要参数,取95%保证率,得到钢筋焊接网疲劳S-N曲线方程,并对曲线方程斜率(K1,K2)作了分析比较。当S-N曲线设水平截止线,循环次数N=2×106时,对应的应力幅不低于100MPa。当S-N曲线以循环次数N=107作为分界点,曲线被分为二段折线,分别得2个斜率K1和K2。将本次试验的二种焊接网与十余年前试验的冷轧带肋钢筋(CRB550)焊接网疲劳曲线对比,3种钢筋焊接网S-N曲线方程,偏于安全地考虑,可用一种钢筋(CRB550)焊接网S-N曲线方程代替。试验研究结果也是焊接网规程JGJ114—2014疲劳条文编制的主要依据。
【Abstract】 Fatigue test results of welded fabrics made of hot rolled ribbed bars( HRB400) and cold rolled ribbed bars with improved elongation( CRB600H) are introduced. Producing fatigue specimens,test conditions,failure features of specimens and expression of fatigue S-N curves etc are specified. By using stress range( Δσ) as a main parameter,we put forward fatigue S-N curves equations of welded fabrics at a probability of 95%,and analysis and compare two slopes,K1 and K2,in different equations. When we set horizontal cut-off lines for S-N curves and N = 2 × 106 cycles,corresponding stress ranges are not lower than 100 MPa. By using N = 107 cycles as a demarcation point,S-N curves are 2-segment polylines with two slopes,K1 and K2,respectively. After comparing fatigue curves of two kinds of welded fabrics tested in this time with a fatigue curve of welded fabric made of CRB550 tested more than10 years ago,take safety into consideration,the fatigue curve equation of welded fabric made of CRB550 may replace the others. Experimental results are also the main basis for preparation of fatigue provisions of specification for welded fabric,JGJ114—2014.
