【摘要】 牦牛绒纤维因长度短,常作为粗纺原料使用,难以应用在轻薄机织面料上。使用牦牛绒精梳条与桑蚕丝条进行混纺,生产12.5 tex×2 80/20牦牛绒/桑蚕丝机织面料。阐述了产品技术规格以及生产工艺流程,介绍了纺纱、织造及染整工序的技术参数和工艺重点。对纱线和织物的性能进行了测试。结果表明:所纺精梳纱各项性能指标符合后道生产要求,用该纱线织制的机织面料轻柔滑爽、光泽典雅、手感丰满,其吸湿性、亲肤性、悬垂性均优于同类产品。更多还原

【Abstract】 Yak cashmere fiber is chiefly used as woolen material because of its short length,and is difficult to apply to light-weight woven fabrics.The yak top and silk top are blended to produce 12.5 tex×2 80/20 yak-cashmere/silk woven suit fabric.The technical specifications and production process are described,and the relative technical parameters and key technology of spinning,dyeing and finishing are presented.In addition,the performance indicators of the yarn and fabrics obtained are tested.The results show that the performance of the worsted yarn can meet the sequence production requirements,and the finished woven suit fabric features gentle and smooth,elegant luster,bulky handle,and better performance than the similar products in moisture absorbency,skin affinity and drapability.更多还原
