水冷式热电制冷器工作特性的实验研究
An Experimental Study on the Performance of Water-Cooled Thermoelectric Coolers
【摘要】 随着电子元器件体积不断缩小,功耗不断增大,散热问题日益严峻,热电制冷技术受到广泛关注。通过实验研究了不同工作电压、冷端负载以及热端换热系数对热电制冷性能的影响。结果表明:热电制冷器的制冷性能与工作电压有着密切关系,对于不同的换热系数和冷端负载均存在最佳工作电压。为热电制冷器在电子散热领域的应用提供了参考依据。
【Abstract】 The heat dissipating problem is becoming more and more severe as the size of electric components is decreasing and the power consumption is increasing. Therefore,thermoelectric coolers(TEC)have attracted a great deal of attention. The present work studied the influences of different working voltage,cold-end loads and the heat transfer coefficients of the hot-end on the cooling performance of TEC experimentally. The results show that there are close relations between the refrigeration performance and the working voltage. Besides,there exists an optimal working voltage for different heat transfer coefficients and loads. The results can provide a reference for the applications of TEC in heat dissipating fields.
