黄河三角洲地区不同土壤含盐量对二色补血草分布与生长的影响

【摘要】 黄河三角洲位于渤海南部黄河入海口沿岸,拥有巨大的土地开发利用潜力.但该地区土壤含盐量较高,不利于作物生长.二色补血草花色艳丽、花期较长、枝干挺直翠绿,风干之后可长期保存,是干花和园林花卉配置当中常用的花卉材料.且二色补血草为耐盐植物,能够在较高盐浓度下存活并完成其生长史.本文通过对黄河三角洲地区盐碱地进行实地考察,随机选取土壤含盐量不同的地块,调查不同土壤含盐量对二色补血草分布与生长的影响.结果表明,在土壤含盐量为0.49%-2.11%的范围内有二色补血草的分布,当土壤含盐量在0.88%与1.18%时,单位面积二色补血草分布数量最多.在其分布范围内,土壤含盐量对其生长有着显著的影响,随着土壤含盐量的升高,二色补血草叶片的干重、鲜重、含水量、叶绿素含量明显下降,而叶片丙二醛、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白含量明显上升.以上表明,土壤含盐量影响二色补血草的分布和生长.

【Abstract】 The Yellow River Delta,one of the three estuarine deltas in China,has huge potential for land development and utilization. However,the adjacency to the Bohai Sea makes it unfit for crop growth,as it is known to us the coastal saline soil is widely spread and soil salinity is high. Limonium bicolor has beautiful flowers,long flowering period and green hard branches. Moreover,it could be well preserved after air drying. Thus,it is commonly used in dried flowers and garden flowers. Most importantly,it is a salt-tolerant plant that can survive and grow at higher salt concentrations. In this paper,the effects of different soil salinity on the distribution and growth of the species were investigated by field investigation of saline soil in the Yellow River Delta. Results showed that Limonium bicolor can survive in the soil salinity in the range of 0.49% to 2.11%,and the number of the species per unit area reaches the maximum when the soil salinity was in the range of 0.88% to 1.18%. Within the scope of its distribution,with the increase of soil salinity,the contents of dry weight,fresh weight,water content and leaf chlorophyll content were significantly decreased,while the content of MDA,soluble sugar and soluble protein were significantly increased. In conclusion,soil salinity influence the distribution and growth of the species.
