【摘要】 目的探讨颈椎退行性疾病患者抬下颌及自然体位颈椎侧位X线片测得的颈椎中立位曲度差异。方法选择颈椎退行性疾病患者59例,均拍摄抬下颌及自然体位颈椎侧位X线片。分别测量并比较两种体位X线片O-C₂角及C_2⁷角。结果抬下颌及自然体位X线片C_2⁷角分别为-15.3°⁵0.2°（20.0°±13.4°）、-16.1°³8.2°（11.1°±11.8°）,两者比较P<0.01;两种体位C_2⁷角差值为0.8°²6.6°（8.9°±6.1°）,两种体位C_2⁷角度值呈正相关（r=0.890,P<0.01）。抬下颌及自然体位O-C₂角分别为14.8°⁴6.8°（31.8°±6.0°）、11.1°⁴0.9°（27.0°±6.6°）,两者比较P<0.01;两种体位O-C₂角差值为-2.4°¹2.4°（4.8°±3.3°）,两种体位O-C₂角度值呈正相关（r=0.873,P<0.01）。结论颈椎退行性疾病患者抬下颌体位X线片测得的颈椎中立位曲度比实际增大;拍摄颈椎侧位X线片时应采用自然体位。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the difference value of cervical neutral position sagittal alignment between protract chin position and natural position cervical lateral X-ray of the patients with cervical degenerative disease. Methods Fiftynine patients with cervical degenerative disease were included in this study. Every patient took cervical lateral X-ray with protract chin position and natural position. The O-C₂ angle and C_2-7 angle were measured and compared on these two kinds of X-rays. Results The C_2-7 angle on the protract chin position X-ray was-15. 3-50. 2°（ 20. 0° ± 13. 4°） which had positive correlation（ r = 0. 890,P = 0. 000） and significant difference with C_2-7 angle on the natural position X-ray-16. 1°-38. 2°（ 11. 1° ± 11. 8°）（ P < 0. 01）.
