【Abstract】 Galectin-3(Gal-3) is an approximately 30 kDa and highly conserved β-galactose distributed in a wide range of tissues and microenvironments.Its specific carbohydraterecognition domain and evolutionary conserved N-terminal domain of Gal-3 make it more flexible and multifunctional as a mediator affecting inflammation.Macrophage plays an important role in inflammatory reactions as a major immunocyte.This review focuses on the relationship between Gal-3 and macrophage in inflammatory reactions.更多还原
