【Abstract】 After decades of practical test,it is necessary to re-recognize and redefine the library definition from a new perspective. That is how to redefine the library from the angle of library management purpose( or what can readers do in the library) and explore the library definition that conforms to the public cognitive habits. It is the crux to make the public know what the real library is and also make the library instruct specific work behavior with the right concept.
