基于多级模糊综合评价的水利工程健康状态诊断

【摘要】 为诊断水利工程的健康状态,从分析三维健康的影响因素出发,建立水利工程健康评价指标体系,并将水利工程的健康状态划分为4个等级,运用层次分析法、改进熵值法、模糊理论构建了水利工程健康状态诊断模型,根据最大隶属度有效性指数选择科学的方法确定诊断结果。实例应用结果表明,该健康诊断方法具有有效性和可行性。

【Abstract】 In order to diagnose the health status of water conservancy project,the health evaluation index system of water conservancy project is established according to the influencing factors of three-dimensional health.And then the health status of water conservancy project is divided into four grades.The diagnosis model of health status of water conservancy project is established by using the AHP,improved entropy method and fuzzy theory.The diagnosis result is determined by selecting the scientific method based on the validity index of maximum membership degree.The effectiveness and feasibility of the health diagnosis method are verified by engineering application examples.
