基于动力吸振器的发动机整机振动控制方法

【摘要】 采用二自由度动力吸振器对汽车发动机怠速时的整机振动进行控制。将发动机模型简化为二自由度振动系统,建立了系统的运动微分方程,将其表示为状态空间的形式。以发动机传到车架上的振动能量作为评价指标,分析了动力吸振器的减振效果。结果表明:在发动机上附加动力吸振器可以使传到车架的振动能量减小39%,有效地控制了发动机的整机振动。最后,用数值仿真方法研究了动力吸振器的结构参数对吸振效果的影响。仿真结果表明:在一定范围内,适当增加刚度和阻尼可以提高动力吸振器的吸振效果。

【Abstract】 Two degrees of freedom dynamic vibration absorber is used to control the whole car engine idling vibration. The engine model is simplified as a two degree of freedom vibration system, and the motion differential equation of the system is established, which is expressed as the form of state space. The engine vibration transmitted to the frame energy taken as an evaluation index, damping effect of dynamic vibration absorber is analyzed. The result shows: adding dynamic vibration absorber to engine can make the vibration energy transmitted to the frame reduced by 39%, with the vibration of whole engine effectively controlled; Finally, the impact of structural parameters to vibration absorbing is studyed by numerical simulation. Simulation results show: within a certain range, increasing the stiffness and damping appropriately can improve the vibration absorbing effect of the dynamic vibration absorber.
