基于拓扑理论的新能源客车车身优化设计
Optimization Design on Body of New Energy Bus Based on Topology Theory
【摘要】 提出了基于拓扑优化方法对某型号新能源客车车身骨架进行轻量化设计的方法。采用变密度法,以车身的柔度最小为目标,以体积为约束,利用Ansys软件对客车车身骨架进行了拓扑优化设计并设计出新型客车车身骨架。计算机仿真结果表明,经过优化设计后的客车车身重量比优化前减少了29%,取得了较好的轻量化效果。
【Abstract】 This paper presents an approach based on topology optimization method to conduct lightweight design on a certain type of new energy bus body skeleton. It uses variable density method to minimize the flexibility of the body as the target, limited with volume, uses Ansys software to conduct topology optimization design on bus body skeleton and to design a new bus body skeleton. Computer simulation results show that the weight of bus body after optimization design has 29% reduction than before,has achieved better weight reduction effects.
