【摘要】 高校转型的目的是培养创新型和应用型人才。面对高校转型背景下新的人才培养目标和课程体系结构,《液压与气压传动》作为机械设计制造及其自动化专业的一门专业方向课程,面临着巨大挑战。以课程在人才培养中的地位和培养高素质人才为出发点,从教学内容、方法和手段,青年教师工程能力培养,考核方式等方面,对液压与气压传动课程教学进行研究和探索。经过一系列改革,激发了学生学习的积极性和主观能动性,提高了教学质量和教学效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 College transformation is to cultivate innovative and applied talents, in face of new training objectives and course architecture under colleges transformation, "Hydraulic and Pneumatic Transmission" faces huge challenge as a mechanicorientated course. In order to consolidate course status in talent development and cultivate high-quality talents, teaching contents and methods, young teachers’ engineering ability training and assessment means are studied.
