定位原理在结构设计中的应用
Application of Positioning Principle in Structural Design
【摘要】 在现有的机械结构设计中,两个零件之间的联接缺少定位设计的例子很多,造成被联接的两个零件之间相对位置不准确、工作不够稳定、产品可靠性低,使其在生产和维修过程中安装和固定困难。本文针对结构设计中经常出现的定位方面的共性问题进行梳理和分析,并给出合理的设计方案,对结构设计具有普遍的指导作用。
【Abstract】 In the existing mechanical structure design, the lack of positioning design between the two parts will result in inaccuracy of relative position between the two parts, instability of working condition and low reliability,as well as difficulty in the installation and fixation in the production and maintenance process. In this paper, the problem of locating in the structure design is analyzed, and the reasonable design scheme is given, which has a general guidance function to the structural design.
