外热式自然循环蒸发器的流动传热模拟
Numerical Simulation on Flowing and Transferring Heat of External Heated Natural Circulation Evaporator
【摘要】 为了进一步研究外热式自然循环蒸发器换热管内的流动和传热规律,本文采用Mixture多相流模型对自然循环蒸发器进行了数值模拟。模拟结果发现管内温度在沸腾点之上沿轴向呈线性分布,热流密度对沸腾高度、沸腾点温度和传热温差影响较大,对循环速度的影响不大。模拟结果与实验数据相吻合,可以为自然循环蒸发器的研究和设计提供指导。
【Abstract】 In order to study the mechanism of heat transfer in natural circulation evaporator, the numerical simulation of natural circulation evaporator is carried out by using the Mixture polyphase flow model.The simulation results show that the internal temperature in the tube is linearly distributed along the axis of the boiling point. The heat flux density influences the boiling height, the boiling point temperature and the heat transfer temperature difference, the effect on the circulation velocity is not very large. The simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental data, which can provide guidance for the research and design of natural circulation evaporator.
