【摘要】 目的探讨临床医生焦虑情绪的影响因素以及焦虑情绪与工作资源的关系。方法采用随机抽样的方法抽取唐山市四所医院共405名临床医生,运用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、工作资源量表(JRQ)、自编一般情况量表进行调查。结果医生焦虑症状检出率为40.7%。焦虑组JRQ总分高于非焦虑组(P<0.05)。全部样本中,SAS评分的影响因素包括年龄、有无子女、学历、家庭任务轻重、睡眠障碍程度、工作年限、职称、周夜班次数、周工作时间、周科研时间(P<0.05)。SAS评分与JRQ的工作中社会支持、绩效回馈、职业发展机会因子分呈负相关(P<0.05)。回归分析结果显示未婚及离婚丧偶、睡眠障碍严重、周工作时间长、工作自主性差是焦虑症状的危险因素,而职业发展机会好是焦虑的保护因素(P<0.05)。结论临床医生焦虑症状受多方面因素影响,其中工作资源是重要的影响因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the related factors of anxiety and the relationship between anxiety and job resources in physicians. Methods A total of 405 physicians were randomly selected and assessed with Self-rating Anxiety Scale( SAS),Job Resources Questionnaire( JRQ) and self-designed general questionnaire. Results The detection rate of anxiety in physicians was40. 7%. The total score of JRQ in anxiety group was significantly higher than that in non-anxiety group( P < 0. 05). In all subjects,the related factors for SAS score included age,adopted children,education,household,sleep disorder,working year,working title,shit times per week,working time per week and scientific researching time per week( P < 0. 05). The total score of SAS was negatively correlated with factor scores of social support,performance feedback and career opportunity in JRQ( P <0. 05). The results of correlation analysis showed that the protecting factor for anxiety included good career opportunity and the risk factors included bad marriage states,severe sleep disorder,long working time and poor work autonomy( P < 0. 05).Conclusion There are many related factors for anxiety in physicians,in which the job resources is the most important one.更多还原
