【摘要】 目的调查独生子女精神病患者家属功能失调性认知的影响因素。方法选取58名独生子女精神病患者家属,采用自编一般情况量表、症状自评量表(SCL-90)、特质应对方式问卷(TCSQ)、艾森克人格问卷(EPQ)、功能失调性态度问卷(DAS)、领悟社会支持量表(PSSS)进行评估。结果 DAS总分与SCL-90总分、EPQ神经质因子分、TCSQ消极应对因子分、PSSS家庭内社会支持因子分呈正相关(P<0.05),而DAS总分与EPQ内外向因子分、精神质因子分、TCSQ积极应对因子分、PSSS家庭外社会支持因子分呈负相关(P<0.05)。多元逐步回归分析结果显示,DAS总分的主要影响因素包括EPQ神经质因子分、TCSQ消极应对因子分、PSSS家庭外社会支持因子分及EPQ内外向因子分(P<0.05)。结论独生子女精神病患者家属功能失调性认知状况受到其自身健康状况、人格特征、应对方式、社会支持等多方面因素的影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the related factors of the dysfunctional cognition for family members of the only child with mental disorders. Methods A total of 58 family members of the only child with mental disorders were selected and assessed with the self-designed general scale, Symptom Checklist-90( SCL-90), Trait Coping Style Questionnaire( TCSQ), Eysenck Personality Questionnaire( EPQ),Dysfunction Attitude Scale( DAS) and Perceived Social Support Scale( PSSS). Results The total score of DAS was positively correlated with the total score of SCL-90,the neuroticism factor score of EPQ,the negative coping style factor score of TCSQ and the inside-family social support factor score of PSSS( P < 0. 05),and was negatively correlated with the introversion-extroversion and psychoticism factor scores of EPQ,the positive coping style factor score of TCSQ and the outside-family social support factor score of PSSS( P < 0. 05). The stepwise regression analysis showed that the main related factors of the total score of DAS included the neuroticism factor score of EPQ,the negative coping style factor score of TCSQ,the outside-family social support factor score of PSSS and the introversion-extroversion factor score of EPQ( P < 0. 05).Conclusion The dysfunctional cognition for family members of the only child with mental disorders is influenced by their health status,personality characteristic,coping style and social support.更多还原
