甚短弧角度观测条件下的空间目标编目

【摘要】 空间目标(绝大部分是碎片)轨道信息是航天和国防安全的基础信息之一,更是许多空间任务有效实施的前提,如空间碰撞预警等。我国正处于空间开发的重要时期,确保在轨航天器的运行安全,更有效地利用空间轨道资源的关键之一,就是精确的空间目标轨道信息。文章主要介绍武汉大学测绘学院空间碎片研究团队在高精度空间碎片轨道信息获取方面的最新研究进展,主要包括甚短弧段观测条件下的初轨确定、数据关联与轨道编目;同时,就后续研究发展进行规划。

【Abstract】 The orbital information of space objects, of which the vast majority is the space debris, is not only a critical piece of information for the space and defense security, but also the prerequisite of many space operations to be efficiently carried out, like the space collision conjunction assessments. China is on the highway of the space technology developments and applications, and one key to guarantee the safety of the functional spacecraft and efficient utilization of the precious orbit resources is to have a fully and more accurate understanding of the space debris environment. This paper aims to introduce the newest work on the gain of the accurate orbital information of space objects for the space situation awareness(SSA) research team in Wuhan University, mainly including the initial orbit determination, data association, and the orbital catalogue. Meanwhile, the future work of the SSA team is presented.
