【摘要】 本科教学评估既是保证人才培养质量的重要措施,也是教育行政部门转变职能,强化监督,规范管理的必然要求。本文在肯定本科教学评估所取得的重大成绩基础上,提出和分析了目前本科教学评估所呈现的部分问题,比如高校在评估中比较被动,评估指标体系的科学性不够等,并且提出了"以高校为本"的评估理念,建议充分发挥高等学校的主体地位,实现高校自主、充分发展为首要目标,帮助建立健全高等学校内部质量保障体系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Undergraduate teaching evaluation is not only the important measure to ensure the quality of personnel training,but also for the education administrative department to transform the function,strengthen the supervision and normalize the management.This paper affirmed the significant achievements made in undergraduate teaching evaluation,proposed and analysized of the current problems which undergraduate teaching evaluation emerged,such as colleges and universities was passive,evaluation index system is scientific not enough,etc.Evaluation idea of " college and university-oriented" was put forward.That suggested to give dominant role to colleges and universities,to set the full development as the first goal,and to help establish a quality assurance system of institutions.更多还原
