【Abstract】 Based on the college-enterprise cooperation for chemical engineering specialty in local undergraduate colleges,the restricting factors are discussed from the legal protection,target management and characteristics of the traditional model. By reference to domestic and foreign advanced experience and mode,some constructive suggestions are put forward by how to play the leading role of the government to establish mechanisms of legal protection,construct power soure of "mutual benefit"and realize new mode of collaborative innovation,which provides a new way of college-enterprise cooperation for chemical engineering specialty in local undergraduate colleges.更多还原
