不同固化剂体系对酚醛泡沫性能的研究

【摘要】 本实验采用磷酸、对甲苯磺酸、A母液(自制)以及它们的复合酸为固化剂制备酚醛泡沫。研究了固化剂的种类对酚醛泡沫的压缩强度、导热系数和氧指数性能的影响,同时利用扫描电镜对酚醛泡沫的微观结构进行表征。结果表明,以磷酸、对甲苯磺酸、A母液复配的酸固化剂制备的酚醛泡沫的综合性能最优。

【Abstract】 In this study,phosphoric acid,p-toluene sulfonic acid,mother liquor A( self-made) and their composite acid were separately used as curing agent to produce phenolic foams. The effects of the types of curing agent to phenolic foams on compression strength,heat conductivity coefficient and oxygen index were investigated,and the microstructures of phenolic foams were characterized by SEM. The results showed that the phenolic foam produced with the composite acid of phosphoric acid,p-toluene sulfonic acid,mother liquor A had the optimal comprehensive performances.
