双螯合剂溶胶凝胶法制备CaTiO3:Pr3+纳米荧光材料

【摘要】 以钛酸丁酯、硝酸钙、硝酸镨为原料和柠檬酸为主的双螯合剂,用溶胶凝胶法制备CaTiO3:Pr纳米荧光材料,并采用热重差热仪、X射线衍射仪、扫描电镜、激发光谱和发射光谱表征荧光样品的结构和性能。考察了双螯合剂比例对荧光性能的影响,结果表明:当金属离子、柠檬酸和另一螯合剂的物质的量比为1∶1∶0.5时,制备的CaTiO3:Pr荧光材料平均粒径为200 nm左右,粒度分布均匀,无烧结现象。由发射光谱可知,该CaTiO3:Pr荧光材料激发主峰在323 nm且在615 nm处有单一的发射峰,对应于Pr3+离子的1D23H4跃迁,此时,样品的发射峰最强,荧光性能最好。

【Abstract】 Red phosphors of CaTiO3: Pr3+were synthesized by sol-gel method with citric acid-based bi-components chelating agent and using Ti(OC4H94,Ca(NO32·4H2O,Pr(NO33· 6H2O as raw materials. All the products were characterized by Thermo-gravimetric analysis,Powder X-ray Diffraction,Scanningelectron microscopy,luminescence excitation and emission spectrum. The results exhibit that when the molar ratio of metal ion,citric acid and another agent is 1∶ 1∶ 0. 5,The average particle size of the phosphor is around 200 nm without sintering phenomenon. The spectrum shows that the excitation peak is at 323 nmand the emission at 615 nm is a single strong peak,which corresponding to spectral transition 1D23H4 of Pr3+. And in this condition CaTiO3: Pr3+phosphor obtainsthe best of fluorescence performance with the strongest peak.
