新型聚氨酯化学发泡剂研究及应用进展

【摘要】 介绍了新型聚氨酯化学发泡剂CFA8的性质及其在聚氨酯硬泡材料制备中的应用性能.对比了CFA8与水作为发泡剂时的不同性能.将CFA8应用于聚氨酯喷涂、板材、冰箱保温材料中,研究CFA8在聚氨酯硬泡领域中单独使用以及与物理发泡剂混合使用对所得材料的芯密度、导热系数、外观、尺寸稳定性等性能的影响.

【Abstract】 In this paper,the property and application performance of a novel chemical foaming agent CFA8 which is used in the field of rigid polyurethane foam was studied.The different performances between CFA8 and another chemical foaming agent H2O were compared.CFA8 was applied in three materials,including PU coating,plate,refrigerator insulation material.The effect of different CFA8 formula with or without traditional physical foaming agent on the core density,thermal conductivity,appearance and dimensional stability was also studied.
