【Abstract】 The basis of administrative law theory is a " proposition with strong originality",while the power list system is a administrative law system with Chinese characteristics. Using administrative law theory to analyze the power list system not only can further consolidate the system theoretical basis and enrich the content of the study of administrative law theory,but also can further test the vitality of the relevant theoretical basis of administrative law theory.
