【Abstract】 The zero distance integration between campus culture and enterprise culture is the important way to solve the training of higher vocational talents,cultural inheritance and corporate culture which leads the staff development. Through the introduction of the background and basics on the cultural integration in education mode on the double subjects of campus and enterprise,this paper takes Jiangxi Environmental Engineering Vocational College as an example,explores material culture integration between campus and enterprise based on 3A scenic spot,institutional culture integration between campus and enterprise as an opportunity of institutional innovation,behavioral culture integration between campus and enterprise as the carrier of activity practice and spiritual culture integration between campus and enterprise as the characteristics of Luban culture. This article has created a kind of campus culture brand which adapts the education mode on the double subjects of school and enterprise,which effectively enhances the students’ practical ability, professional ability and employment ability, and promotes the sustainable development of education between campus and enterprise.更多还原
